Former ‘Moesha’ Star Arrested for DUI after Super Bowl in Arizona

A former child star on the sitcom “Moesha” has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in Arizona.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said 28-year-old Marcus Paulk is also suspected of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Paulk appeared on the UPN sitcom that ran from 1996 to 2001 that featured the singer Brandy.

4294790296_5243a17734_zAuthorities believe that shortly after midnight Super Bowl Sunday, Paulk was seen driving dangerously close to a fire truck stopped on the side of the road with its emergency lights flashing.

The arresting deputy alleges Paulk smelled of alcohol and had a bag of marijuana in his pocket.

A judge set bail at $2,000. According to reports, the man has been released.
